D[5]-Studio Design Partners is a practise established in Shanghai from 5 professional and talented international architects: Begoña de Andrés, Cristiano Casamatta, Edgar Ramírez, Claudia Cruz and Javier Mercado.

The guiding principles on which it was founded are: Innovation, Sustainability and Social Conscience. Today these core values continue to shape the practice.

We are an International Architecture Office based in Madrid, Paris, Mexico and Shanghai, known for its creative & innovative design solutions. Our team has continued to seek new and innovative architectural responses, adapting to the requirements of each project, and reinterpreting our surroundings at a human scale.

We set up a design studio in Shanghai in 2005. The studio is located in Jing 'an district within the new Shanghai’s facilities. Our recent projects on Hotel, offices and retail spaces in China achieved great results for both the clients and studio itself.

We challenge ourselves to design a maximum number of projects at different scales. From small to large-scale projects, our diverse program design briefs includes public facilities, master planning, housing, office space, and exhibition design.

Our network provides consultancy services in architecture, interior design, master planning, landscape, urban design and building consultancy in Asia, Europe and North & South America.
